Refund and Cancellation Policy of SVR Express

Lost Packages:

The delivery/RTO fees will be credited to the seller's account if SVR Express reports a shipment lost.

Service Termination

If the service is terminated, the Seller must notify the SVR Express account team. Once the notification is received, the remaining miles will be reversed. The reimbursement will be made via a Cheque or Demand Draft issued in the company's registered name. The Cheque or Demand Draft will be sent to the registered address or any other address provided by the Seller during the account closure request.

Non-Delivery Compensation:

SVR Express will pay back any Cash on Delivery (COD) fees that were taken out of the Seller's Miles Account in the event of non-delivery.
